SWISS STEAK AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

2 lb. steak
oil
1 can tomato sauce
1 sauce can water
1 (4oz) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown steak in small amount of oil. Pour sauce into electric skillet. Stir in water. Add steak. Cover and simmer fro 2-2 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top 15 minutes before serving.
